We are continuously updating and improving course content and delivery techniques to ensure a better overall learning experience.
• Support – We are dedicated & experienced support staff will walk & talk you through every step of the process to prepare you for your Virtual Training. Our IT support are in-house and available to during the virtual training to support the instructor and learners.
• Secure – We use the latest version of GoToTraining software, the connection is encryted with 256 Bit SSL, we are GDPR Compliant and protect your privacy.

• You will need a internet connection on Desktop, Laptop, Tablet or mobile device. Minimum internet speed would be 10mbps to ensure full interaction.
• You will need a webcam/built-in webcam and microphone/built-in microphone.
• We will receive an invitation to join our virtual classroom, in this invitation you will find details about the course and conecting instructions.
• Our IT support will perform tech check with you prior to training to ensure all is in working order.
• All training material will be available to you when you join the virtual classroom and are downloadable.

• We will send you an online booking form, complete this form and secure your place.
• You will then receive an automated invitation with instructions on how to join and details about the your course.
