SMT Working Safely Protocol

As per the Return to Work Safely Protocols it is a requirement that all workplaces have developed the following in relation to the Return to Work Safely Protocol DBEI on the 11 May 2020. We have developed the following in response to Covid-19:

• Develop and or update their Covid-19 response plan, as outlined in the DBEI Return to Work Safely Protocols.
• Develop or amend policies and procedures for prompt identification and isolation of workers who may have Covid-19 symptoms, as outlined in the DBEI Return to Work Safely Protocols.
• Develop, Consult, Communicate and Implement workplace changes or polices, as outlined in the DBEI Return to Work Safely Protocols.
• Implement the Covid-19 prevention and control measures to minimise risk to workers, as outlined in the DBEI Return to Work Safely Protocols.

Our staff adhere to the following protocol while on site with customers:

• A minimum of 2 metres between our staff and customers.
• Mandatory mask wearing once on customer site/s.
• All our staff are provided with Hand sanitiser or/and gloves made available.
• All our staff training on Covid-19 Compliance.
• Customer Pre-Visit Questionnaire to be completed and approved before coming on site.
• A well aired room with windows that can be open is required for training courses.
• All hard surfaces cleaned before and after the training course.
• No other personnel allowed in the room until the course has finished.
• No entry of personnel showing any symptoms of COVID-19.
• Commencement Training Form completed by learners and approved before course commencement.
• All Government, HSE, WHO & CIF guidelines can be adhered to.
