Website Payment Methods

  • Payment can be made by any major prepay, credit or debit card via Apple, PayPal, Stripe.
  • We accept the following card payment methods through our Payment Service Provider (PSP) Stripe: MasterCard, American Express & VISA.
  • We accept the following card payment methods through our Payment Service Provider (PSP) PayPal: American Express, Discover Network, Mastercard & VISA.
  • By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your prepay/debit/credit card or Paypal account.
  • You must pay 100% of the price of the product/s or service/s in advance. If you pay us by credit card or debit card or PayPal Account we will take payment from you card immediately.
  • We may contact you should any problems occur with the authorisation of your payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We would like to reassure customers regarding our policy on refunds, cancellations and transfers during the current crisis.Cancellations fees apply as normal however foregoing or reducing cancellation fees will be dealt with on a case by case basis and where medical emergencies arise, and its application, will be entirely at the discretion and goodwill of SMT.

Delegates will not be permitted to join any training courses after the indicated start time on this website. All fees will be charged and are not refundable for late arrivals and no shows.

eLearning Training Order/s Fee Incurred
Order/s can be cancel anytime as long as course/s have not been started. 0% of full fee

You may cancel you order by notifying us of your decision to cancel at any time prior to us sending you a confirmation notice. You may notify us of your decision to cancel your order by completing an Order Cancellation Form found on our customer forms page.

Training Courses

No refund will be made to delegates who fail to attend or who do not complete the course.

Delegates who arrive 15 minutes late from the notified course start time will not be permitted on the course and all fees will be charged and are not refundable to the client.

Transferring Your Order

There is no charge for transferring your order to an alternative date provided you notify SMT (via order transfer form on our website) not less than 7 days before the start and if there is availability. If you transfer your order you will not receive any refund, and you will not be entitled to transfer more than once. You must make any request to transfer your order by completing an Transfer Order Form found on our customer forms page.

SMT reserves the right to cancel any course or reschedule or reschedule start time and venues.

SMT will issue advance notice to clients and where reschedule time does not suit a full refund will be given or free transfer.

SMT will not however be liable for any costs incurred by clients or delegates as a result of cancellation or rescheduling or courses.
